Website terms

These terms cover getxettl.com and its private waitlist, operated by Xettl, Inc., a Delaware corporation. They do not govern a bank account or any future financial product. By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law; joining the waitlist requires your explicit agreement.

Joining the waitlist

You must be at least 18 to join. Use an email address you control and information you are entitled to share. Do not submit identity documents, passwords, account numbers or sensitive financial details. You do not need to subscribe to a newsletter or product-marketing emails to join.

Joining records your interest. It does not open or apply for an account, reserve a product, establish a banking or advisory relationship, or guarantee eligibility, access or a launch date. There is no charge to join the waitlist.

Product status

Xettl is a financial technology company, not a bank. The site presents a product in development. Account, card, eSIM and other previews are proposed experiences, not services available through this waitlist. Features, timing, providers and availability may change. Future services would have separate eligibility requirements, agreements and disclosures.

The city scenes and miniature payments are illustrations, not real customer transactions, Xettl branches or evidence of existing services. We do not promise a particular credit score, investment return or financial outcome.

Educational information

Resources and newsletter content offer general information, not individualized financial, legal, tax or immigration advice. Requirements and third-party products can change. Check the responsible provider or official source before making a decision.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, overload the site, submit unlawful or malicious material, impersonate someone, or use automated submissions to abuse the waitlist. We may restrict access reasonably needed to protect the website, people or legal obligations. Nothing here prevents lawful security reporting or the exercise of rights that cannot be waived.

Site content and your feedback

Xettl and its licensors retain rights in the website’s branding, design, software and original content. You may use it for its intended purpose. These terms do not transfer ownership of our materials, permit misleading use of our branding or restrict uses allowed by law.

You retain rights in feedback you submit. We may use it to understand needs and develop Xettl as described in the Privacy Notice. Joining does not authorize publishing your identity or an identifiable quotation; we will ask separately. Do not submit confidential material you are not entitled to share.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle website and waitlist information. Acknowledging it is not blanket consent to processing or advertising. Optional newsletter and product-marketing choices are separate and can be withdrawn. Launch announcements are included in the optional product-marketing choice, not automatically authorized by waitlist membership.

Third-party websites

Links are for reference or convenience. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices; we do not control their content, availability or suitability. A link does not guarantee or endorse a service.

Availability and your legal rights

We work to keep the site useful and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or complete, error-free content. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the website is provided as is and as available. We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of it.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, statutory remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable responsibility for fraud or intentional misconduct. These terms do not require arbitration or a waiver of class-action rights, and do not take away protections of laws that must apply where you live.

Changes

We will identify updates by the date above and give any notice or seek renewed agreement required by applicable law. An update does not automatically expand an existing email consent. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have.
